The RAM 1500 in Australia comes in two key generations and two bed configurations:
- DS Classic (2009–2024) — the outgoing generation, available with standard tub or RAMBOX integrated storage boxes
- DT (2019–2026) — the current generation, standard tub or RAMBOX
