UniUte Shipping and Delivery

UniUte ships Australia-wide. All orders are dispatched from our Moorabbin warehouse, typically within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. We use courier services for most deliveries, with freight carriers for large items such as canopies and sliding trays.

Delivery Process

All parcels require a signature from the purchaser or an authorised person at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign, the courier will leave a card with instructions for collection from the nearest depot. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange collection or re-delivery; additional re-delivery fees may apply.

We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available during business hours — such as a home, workplace, or another attended location — to avoid delays. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers, except for AusPost eParcel arrangements made through your own AusPost account (additional charges may apply). UniUte does not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

These timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners. Delivery can be affected by peak periods, adverse weather, or other factors outside our control. Large items such as fibreglass canopies and sliding trays typically fall into the extended timeframe due to freight handling requirements.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — the threshold and eligible items are displayed during checkout. If you have questions about the shipping cost for a specific product before ordering, contact us and we can advise.

Damaged or Missing Orders

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately or call +61 3 9939 5047. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or resolution at no additional cost to you. We strongly recommend using a tracked postage service for any returns, as UniUte is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
