UniUte Shipping Policy

At UniUte, we aim to ensure that your order is delivered safely and promptly. Please review our shipping guidelines and information below to understand how we handle deliveries.

1. Delivery Process

  • Signature on Delivery:
    All parcels are delivered via couriers and require a signature from the purchaser or an authorized person at the specified delivery address.

    • If no one is available to sign for the parcel, the courier will leave a card with instructions for collection at the nearest courier depot.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the goods or arrange for re-delivery, which may incur additional costs.

  • Delivery Address:
    We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available during business hours (e.g., home, work, or another attended address) to minimize delays and avoid redelivery fees.

2. Delivery Restrictions

  • No P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers:
    Our couriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers, except for AusPost deliveries arranged through your own AusPost eParcel account. Additional charges may apply for such arrangements.
    Please ensure a complete physical address is entered during checkout.

  • International Shipping:
    Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the type of goods being shipped. Below are the estimated delivery times:

Metro NSW, VIC, QLD, TAS, SA 2–5 business days
Regional NSW, VIC, QLD, TAS, SA 3–7 business days
WA & NT 5–14 business days
Large / Bulk goods 5–14 business days

Important Notes:

  • Delivery estimates are provided by the couriers and are subject to delays caused by peak periods, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Bulk goods and large items may take longer to arrive due to their size and handling requirements.
