The ProLift Tailgate Assist is engineered specifically for the RG platform, attaching to the factory hinge points to introduce a gas strut that controls descent speed and reduces lift effort. Whether you're on a construction site, at a boat ramp, or loading up for a weekend away, the tailgate becomes a one-hand operation.

This kit fits the Isuzu D-Max third generation (RG platform) from the 2020 model year through to current 2026 production. It is not compatible with second-generation D-Max models (2012–2019) — see the dedicated kit for that generation in our ProLift range.
