If I hadn't of watched a video on Utube I reckon I would still be scratching my head! The installation instructions would have to be some of the worst I've come across. After viewing the "Ocam video" twice, fitting was a breeze. The two cartons arrived at the expected time, the cardboard box containing the brackets and assorted nuts and bolts had burst one end and I was fortunate that nothing was lost. Another piece of banding wouldn't go astray. Apart from that, it's all fitted and I'm happy with the product.
Steps look great and are highly functionaly, but like others have noted, better instructions would help.
I received the sidesteps in 2 days from ordering and had them fitted by myself in about 2 hours max. very happy with the whole experience
