Nissan's Navara D27 represents a new generation of the long-running Navara nameplate, with revised styling and an updated platform. The tailgate is new but still a weighty piece of hardware. The ProLift Tailgate Assist is specifically engineered for the D27's updated hinge points, adding a gas strut that prevents the tailgate from dropping hard and reduces the effort needed to swing it back up.

This kit is designed for the Nissan Navara D27 2026 model year and above. It is not compatible with the NP300 generation — for NP300 fitment see the relevant kit in our ProLift range.
