The Mitsubishi Triton MV is the most significant redesign the Triton nameplate has seen in years, arriving in Australia with a revised platform, updated interior and improved ride quality. The tailgate is new too — but still heavy. The ProLift Tailgate Assist is engineered for the MV's updated hinge geometry, fitting a gas strut that absorbs the tailgate weight on the way down and assists the lift on the way back up.

This kit is designed for the Mitsubishi Triton MV from the 2024 model year onwards. It is not compatible with the earlier MQ or MR generations — for those see the dedicated kits in our ProLift range.
