UniUte Return & Refund Policy

At UniUte, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy under the conditions outlined below.

1. Returns & Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, parts, and accessories intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of faulty or incorrect products.

We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

2. Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Banks or credit card providers may take additional processing time.
  • If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.

Refunds for Change of Mind:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
  • You may be eligible for an exchange (see below).

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, reason for exchange, and preferred replacement item.
  • The item must be in original condition, including packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send the replacement at no additional shipping cost.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
✅ Your item is damaged or defective.
✅ You received the wrong product.

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or solution at no extra cost.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
  • Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
