UniUte Return and Refund Policy

UniUte offers a 30-day return policy on eligible products. Please read the conditions below before initiating a return. For any questions, contact us before sending an item back.

Returns Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags, parts, and accessories. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is faulty, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postage service — UniUte is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Returns must be sent to: 37A Capella Crescent, Moorabbin VIC 3189, Australia. Contact us before sending your item back so we can provide a return authorisation and confirm the process.

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact our team with your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for the return. Once your return is authorised, ship the item back in secure, original packaging. Items that arrive damaged due to inadequate return packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please check all details carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to clear the funds.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of our notification, contact us and we will follow up.

UniUte does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. You may be eligible for an exchange in these cases — see below.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the replacement item you require. The item must be returned in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, the replacement will be sent at no additional shipping charge.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or resolution at no cost to you. Our goods carry statutory guarantees under Australian Consumer Law — you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage arising from that failure.
